Marchmont Capital Partners, LLC was initially founded in Sarasota, Florida, USA in May of 2005, based on the initiative of Mr. Kendrick Davis White, an expert in corporate finance and private equity fund management with over 15 years of professional experience of full time work in the Russian Federation. The main focus of the company is investment consulting.

In 2005 Marchmont Capital Partners set up a wholly owned subsidiary in the city of Nizhny Novgorod in Russia with the team of experienced experts. The company is a corporate finance advisory firm which is focused on offering professional services in business planning, enterprise restructuring, private equity finance raising and market research analysis to both regionally based Russian enterprises and their owners, as well as western enterprises seeking to enter the Russian market.

Over the three years of its work in Nizhny, Marchmont has developed several successful projects for local industrial and trade companies in the Nizhny Novgorod region and other Russia's regions. As a result of this experience, the decision was made to widen the scope of our investment promotion activities with the creation of a media division focused on promoting Russia's regions as an attractive destination for investment.

From this perspective, the Marchmont Investment Guide in the English and Russian languages was born as an information and analytical journal offering an objective economic assessment of the key regional cities and their most important economic sectors and perspective companies. In order to realize this project, a highly professional team was assembled. The first issue analyzed the economic situation and assessed the investment potential of Nizhny Novgorod. Next journals in a row were dedicated to Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk and Rostov on Don. The project was highly appreciated by the regional authorities, approved by the Advisor to the RF President V.Yakovlev and the RF Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The journal's targeted audience and regular readers include representatives of international and Russian business communities. In 2008 we plan to publish nine issues of MARCHMONT Investment Guide to Russia covering other and vaster regions of the country.

In 2008 along with the successful consulting and marketing activity Marchmont developed and launched a new media project: a series of regional conferences Successful Growth and Investment Strategies. The company's initiative is supported by the regional governments. The interest, which hundreds of businesses all over Russia show, accounts for the conferences' significance. In 2008 Marchmont conferences are to be held in major Russian cities. Business communities of Chelyabinsk, Kazan, Novosibirsk and Nizhny Novgorod have already participated in them. In summer 2008 Marchmont will focus on the South Federal District which is an area of particularly high investment potential.

The company has established a chain of regional representation offices at the Urals with the center in Ekaterinburg, Siberia - Novosibirsk and South Federal District -Rostov on Don. All of them successfully implement Marchmont's projects all over Russia.
