	Kendrick White Managing Principal k.white@marchmont.ru
Prior to arriving in Russia in 1992, Mr White worked for seven years at ABN-Amro Bank in Chicago (IL), and received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, at Northwestern University. Between 1995 and 1998 Mr White worked in Corporate Finance at PWC where he was responsible for advising the Russian Privatization Center (RPC) on the creation of a professional services advisory firm focused on post privatization restructuring and advising enterprises on private equity finance raising. From 1998 to 2005 Mr White was the Director of the Quadriga Central Russia Regional Venture Fund (RVF), a private equity fund financed by the EBRD and German KfW. The RVF implemented numerous successful investment projects, including Nizhpharm, now part of the Stada Group, Bridgetown Foods, Multiflex packaging and many others. Mr White created the company MARCHMONT in 2005 and resides in the city of Nizhny Novgorod.

Mr.Pigalov is an expert in management consulting. He has worked in the consulting sector since 2006 and been involved in more than 100 consulting projects. He is a specialist in: Strategic and business planning; investment consulting; developing company structures; financial management; management accounting and reporting; market research and analysis; inventory management logistics, anti-crisis management; project management; optimization of business processes; development, regulation and implementation of salary systems; and operational management systems (planning, control, conducting meetings and project management). Mr.Pigalov studied an MBA program at Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia in 1996. In 1994 he participated in Business for Russia (an international program) in Philadelphia, USA. From 2006 to 2008 Mr.Pigalov was Director of the Center for Organizational Development and Internal Consulting at Nizhegorodsky Fat & Oil Factory. From 1996 to 2006 he worked as Economic Marketing and Management Director in the Volga-Vyatsky Consulting Center.

Mr Aronson began his career as associate editor of two Boston-based regional trade magazines. In 1973 he founded Sunrise Corporation, the first marketing/advertising firm in America to fully embrace corporate social responsibility (CSR), currently celebrating its 36th year in business. Its clients included firms such as Avon Books, The International Mint, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Peace Corps and CETA and the Arts. In 1992 he was recruited by SRS Medical in Seattle, a biomedical start-up, to be its CEO/CFO. After re-positioning the company and eliminating its debt, he sold it for the founders and joined Seattle-Moscow nonprofit MiraMed Institute as its first Director of Programs, where he helped build the organization from 3 to 25 people and a $1.5 million budget over the next 9 years, securing grants from USAID, Starr Foundation and the World Bank. He is the author of an illustrated children's book in separate Russian and English editions, The Town Named Mouse, how the real town of Myshkin, Russia got its name.

Ms Dovgal worked for the Kommersant Publishing House. Following this, she held the position of leading Sales Manager in the National Factoring division of the UralSib Bank between 2004 and 2005, and, from 2006 to 2007, she was Deputy Director of its Nizhny Novgorod office.

Ms. Makhalina graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod Linguistic University with a degree in linguistics and translation. She has worked as a translator and interpreter for various companies including FORA Fund for the Support of Small Business. Ms. Makhalina has been working for MARCHMONT since its foundation and has taken an active part in the organization and registration of the Company in Nizhny Novgorod. Ms. Makhalina performs a wide range of responsibilities related to financial and administrative issues.

	Alexey Mosyagin Regional Representative In Ekaterinburg a.mosyagin@marchmont.ru
After graduating from the Ural State University Mr Mosyagin was the head the Youth Initiative Fund between 1988–2000. He then worked as a Financial Adviser to AIG and later in advertising and PR at the publishing house KONUS. Mr Mosyagin joined MARCHMONT in 2007.

Mr Plisak graduated from the Novosibirsk State Pedagogic University’s School of Foreign Languages. After working as a reporter he worked in Mass Media and Public Relations. More recently he worked in publishing as an investment markets specialist prior to joining MARCHMONT in 2007.

	Svetlana Shuvalova Chief Accountant s.shuvalova@marchmont.ru
Ms Shuvalova has degrees in legal, financial and economic sciences. She has started her career as chief accountant at the Nizhny Novgorod division of the Russian Academy of Science's Machine Science Institute. Svetlana has got experience in a number of large-scale Nizhny Novgorod companies. Ms Shuvalova joined the MARCHMONT team in January, 2007. Svetlana Shuvalova is responsable for accounting and all-company’s finance flows.
