Prior to arriving in Russia in 1992, Mr. White worked for seven years at ABN-Amro Bank in Chicago (IL), and received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, at Northwestern University.
Between 1995 and 1998 Mr. White worked in Corporate Finance at PWC where he was responsible for advising the Russian Privatization Center (RPC) on the creation of a professional service advisory firm focused on post-privatization restructuring and advising enterprises on private equity finance raising. From 1998 to 2005 Mr. White was the Director of the Quadriga Central Russia Regional Venture Fund (RVF), a private equity fund financed by the EBRD and German KfW. The RVF implemented numerous successful investment projects, including Nizhpharm, now part of the Stada Group, Bridgetown Foods, Multiflex packaging, and many others. Mr. White created the company MARCHMONT in 2005 and resides in the city of Nizhny Novgorod.
A graduate of the State Linguistic University of Nizhny Novgorod (NGLU) and currency trading courses at the State University of Nizhny Novgorod (NNGU). Mr. Kouzbit began his media career in 1994 as a satellite TV news editor at Nizhny’s Volga TV company, and has since then worked as a news editor at a local radio station, Radio Rendez-Vous, a managing editor at a Nizhny Novgorod newspaper holding, an online news editor at NNGU’s Dealing Center, and a deputy to the editor-in-chief at a private publishing house, Vista Publishers. Between 2003 and 2008 Mr. Kouzbit was the director of a Moscow-based NGO engaging in social projects to counter human trafficking. In the current position since May 2008. In addition to day-to-day management and editing of news and analyses Mr. Kouzbit has taken part in the making of a Q3 Nizhny Novgorod business journal and managed the preparation of the national 2008 Year End Review webzine.
Andy Croxall joined Marchmont Capital Partners in January 2002 where he worked for two and a half years. Andy changed Marchmont's web focus through creating Russian business news site, the first Russian-English site devoted to economy of Russian regions. He built and led a team to perform this work. He graduated from Huddersfield University, England, in 2002 where he undertook a music course. Later on he studied web programming. Currently Andy Croxall is based in England but he still remains a co-owner of the company.
Ms Dovgal worked for the Kommersant Publishing House. Following this, she held the position of leading Sales Manager in the National Factoring division of the UralSib Bank between 2004 and 2005, and, from 2006 to 2007, she was Deputy Director of its Nizhny Novgorod office.
Mr. Kulikov was educated as a mathematician and system programmer. He gained extensive experience as a programmer during his previous work at Intel and has been with Marchmont since the company's founding.
Mr.Pigalov is an expert in management consulting. He has worked in the consulting sector since 1996 and been involved in more than 100 consulting projects. He is a specialist in:

Mr.Pigalov studied an MBA program at Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia in 1996. In 1994 he participated in Business for Russia (an international program) in Philadelphia, USA. From 2006 to 2008 Mr.Pigalov was Director of the Center for Organizational Development and Internal Consulting at Nizhegorodsky Fat & Oil Factory. From 1996 to 2006 he worked as Economic Marketing and Management Director in the Volga-Vyatsky Consulting Center.
