The shareholders of energy company TGC-11 elected a new board of directors at their May 14 annual meeting, saying goodbye to eight out of nine members of the previous board, the firm reports.
The new board now features six representatives of energy exporter Inter RAO UES, including Sergei Tolstoguzov, Dmitry Palunin, Sergei Rumyantsev, Anton Badenkob, Ilnar Mirsiyapov, and Janina Stanulenaite.
Other members include the RF Ministry of Energy’s Maria Tikhonova, FSK UES vice-president Dmitry Troshenkov, UES System Operator’s Alexander Ilyenko.
The old board featured Inter RAO UES vice-president Mikhail Mantrov; TGC-11 Holding deputy CEO Alexei Animaev; Rukom deputy CEO Andrei Gatsunaev; Rukom’s director for economics, Lada Baskina; Rukom’s director for investments and evaluations, Boris Ryabov; RN-Energo CEO Vyacheslav Kravchenko; SUEK deputy CEO Sergei Mironosetsky; Valery Nepsha, deputy CEO of the Professional Directors Institute; and Ms. Tikhonova.
