Sberbank loans $245m to NefteKhimService on Yaysky Oil Refinery
Kemerovo region petrochemical company NefteKhimService has opened a $245m line of credit with Sberbank, news agency RIA Novosti reports.

The funds are reportedly to be loaned for seven years, the interest rate has yet to be disclosed.

Under plans, the funds are to be invested into construction of $1.2bn Yaysky Oil Refinery, with projected annual capacity of 3 million tons, in Kemerovo region.
