Nash Dom – Primorye to invest $1bn in Primorye gambling zone
Mortgage operator Nash Dom – Primorye, run by Primorsky region administration, has been announced the winner of an open tender for a contract to develop Primorye gambling zone, located outside Vladivostok, regional officials report.

Under the contract, Nash Dom – Primorye is to invest at least $1bn in the gambling zone facilities construction.

The winner-company is reportedly to sign a 15-year rent contract for a 253-hectare land site, located near Muravyinaya Bay, 23 kilometers away from Vladivostok airport and 70 kilometers outside Vladivostok.

Under the project, the gambling zone is to be kitted out with four five-star hotels, seven four-star hotels, five three-star hotels, ten guest villas, a yacht-club, multifunctional mall and exposition center, 2,580 gambling tables and slot machines, as well as other recreation facilities.

Construction of the facilities is scheduled to be fully completed by 2025.
