The town of Semiluki in Voronezh region is to receive $22.6m financial aid from the federal budget under the mono-cities support program in 2010, Interfax reports.
Under plans, $19.3m is to be spent on construction of infrastructure facilities, $1.6m is to be used on small businesses support, and $1.7m housing aid is to be received from the Support for Reforming Housing Utilities Fund.
