A total of $31.97m is to be spent on apartment blocks repairs in Altay region, the federal Support for Reforming Housing Utilities Fund reports.
Of the total funding, $28.43m is reportedly to be allocated from the federal Support for Reforming Housing Utilities Fund, and $3.54m is to be put up by regional authorities.
Under plans, the funds are to be used to repair 794 apartment blocks in 105 municipalities.
As a result, about 34,000 residents are to improve living conditions, the Fund said.
