A total of $13.17m is to be spent on apartment blocks repairs in Pskov region, the federal Support for Reforming Housing Utilities Fund reports.
Of the total funding, $11.67m is reportedly to be allocated from the federal Support for Reforming Housing Utilities Fund, and $1.5m is to be put up by regional authorities.
Under plans, the funds are to be used to repair 296 apartment blocks in 14 municipalities.
As a result, over 25,000 residents are to improve living conditions, the Fund said.
