Nizhny Novgorod International Airport looking for $110m investment
Nizhny Novgorod International Airport has announced an open tender among potential investors, Kommersant reports.
The company, willing to invest at least $110m into the airport reconstruction, will reportedly get 73.6% shares in the airport.
The winner is to offer the highest price for the airport’s follow-on shares at private placement. The starting price for the follow-on shares is set at $23.5m, the newspaper said.
Under plans, $7.2m is to be invested into reconstruction of the existing passenger terminal, $29m is to be spent building the new 8,000-square-meter terminal, and $43.7m is to be used to expand the new terminal to 20,000 square meters, another $30.1m is to be invested into reconstruction of infrastructural facilities and back offices.
The tender participation bids are accepted till August 26, 2010.
