Authorities in the city of Ekaterinburg have announced plans to build a low-rise housing residential complex, to be named Svetlorechensky, in the city’s South-Western suburb.
Investment in the project has yet to be disclosed.
Under the project, the 6.6-hectare complex is to have two three-storey houses and 15 townhouses for six, eight and ten apartments.
Construction is scheduled to start in August 2010, with the complex to be put into commission in Summer 2011.
