NCSP's new $82.6m terminal opens
Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port (NCSP) has put into commission its new $82.6m terminal for transshipping grain and oil yielding crops.

The move caps a project, part funded by Sberbank, construction on which kicked off back in 2004.

The firm said it built the terminal, annual capacity at which is four million tons, to allow vessels with displacements of up to 50,000 tons to dock.

It is fitted with transshipment equipment with output up to 800 tons and can store up to 120,000 tons of grain.

The payback period of the project is expected to be six years.
