A new JV involving Moscow-based Avalon and British investor Raven Russia have announced plans to build a new $80m logistics center.
Aleksandr Borisenko, the CEO of the new Logopark-Kuban project, reported that he complex, named Megalogix, will be built on a 26-hectare land site owned by the company on the M4 federal highway north of Krasnodar.
The complex's total floor area will exceed 100,500 square meters and have 6,500 square meters of office space.
Construction is due to start this November, with opening scheduled for Q4 2010.
