Marines Park Hotel to get $38m facelift


Marines Park Hotel to get $38m facelift
Aleksander Benedik, CEO of Gostinitsa Leningrad, told reporters today that his firm will be investing millions to upgrade the Marines Park Hotel in Sochi.

Benedik explained that Gostinitsa Leningrad will sell additional shares to attract $13m to finance part of the reconstruction.

Mr. Benedik refused to give the total investment figure, however experts estimate it at $38m.

Plans call for reconstruction to begin this year be completed within three years.
