$200m French-run hotel eyed in Krasnodar


$200m French-run hotel eyed in Krasnodar
Moscow-based developer Kesko is planning to build a $200m hotel complex in Krasnodar, sources in the company report.

France’s Accor Group will be running the four-star hotel under the Novotel brand.

The 200-room complex is to be built on the territory of a city hospital, which is expected to be partly incorporated into the new building.

Project timeframes have not been disclosed.
