Moscow-based developer Inteko is to invest $475m in construction of a new production line at Verkhnebakansk-based cement plant (Krasnodar region), the company has announced.
Danish FLSmidth is to supply equipment for the line, including laboratory complex RoboLab.
The line is scheduled to be launched in early 2011. Projected daily capacity is estimated at 6,200 tons of cement.
Inteko’s production line is to be one of the first machines in Russia to use alternate and byproduct fuels.
