Development Logistic's ProLogica Park weighs in at $345m
Krasnodar-based logistics company Development Logistic has invested $345m in construction its new ProLogica warehouse complex in Krasnodar, the firm said.
The complex is a part of the company's project targeted at creating a multimodal logistics network around the city.
The 100,000 square-meter ProLogica Park Takhtamukay complex, with 15,000 square meters of low-temperature storage space, is being built at a 35-hectare site in southern suburbs of Krasnodar.
Construction started in late last year and is scheduled to finish this December.
The main contractor for the project is Moscow-based Eurostroy. Development Logistic is owned by Krasnodar-based developer Development Yug.
