Moscow-based fertilizer producer Eurokhim has announced a purchase of Krasnodar-based agricultural company Agrokhimik for an estimated $8m according to sources.
Eurokhim had previously announced a goal of spending around $30m to create a federal network of agricultural centers.
The agricenters are to produce fertilizers, as well as provide a wide range of services to agricultural companies, such as renting out fertilizing machines, warehouses, consulting services, etc.
