Krasnodar set for $130m, UK-designed business center
Moscow-based developer Peresvet-Region has announced $130m plans to build a business center in Krasnodar's city center.
Under plans, in addition to office space the 52,000-square-meter multifunctional business complex will feature an exhibition area, shops, restaurants and cafes.
The complex is being designed by English architects MMA Aukett Fitzroy Robinson International.
An underground two-level parking lot, as well as ground-based parking space, would also be included a spokesman for the firm said.
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2009 and last two years.
