Krayinvestbank to float $25.6m worth of bonds


Krayinvestbank to float $25.6m worth of bonds
Krasnodar-based Krayinvestbank plans to place at MICEX $25.6m worth of 600,000 first-series bonds ($43 per bond) on August 8, the bank has reported.

These bonds will be in circulation for three years and have six half-year coupons.

The first and second coupon rate is to be determined at a tender, while the rates for coupons 3-6 will be named by the emitter.

The lead manager is Moscow-based Transcreditbank.
